The information you provide for your profile will be saved on Proxy servers. When you actively choose to check in at a supported location using a check-in kiosk, your phone will only send your name and a photo of you for presentation purposes. This information will be sent to the kiosk.
On Proxy servers, we will only store the verification status of your documents and the selfie you took during the verification process if you have agreed to share the verified status of your ID with another organization. We will not store the documents themselves or any information contained within them. In addition, we will not store any information contained within the documents. The requesting organization will receive this verification information from us as soon as possible.
If you have indicated that you are comfortable sharing your health status with another organization, we will only store the overall pass or fail status of your health survey, the failure reason, and the status of your provided health documents on Proxy servers.
